I had an interview with CGTN on May 15th, taling about the degratation of the emperor penguin for “Near Threatened” to “Endangered” in the IUCN Red List. I explained the reasons and concerns for that, as well as other conservation issues in Antarctica.
I hope that countries can act in the ATCM and CCAMLR for the wildlife in the Southern Oceans and Antarctica.
